Hosting Refund Policy
ASolutionNetwork refund policy offers a thirty (30)-Day money-back guarantee for Shared, VPS, and Dedicated hosting fees paid. The money-back guarantee does not apply to services with a monthly term, domain registration fees, setup fees, or fees for additional services.
The refund policy below applies to all hosting services:
| Date Canceled | Policy |
| Within Thirty (30) Days | Between three (3)-thirty (30) days, you may request a refund on all hosting services for new signups only. Refunds for domain registration fees are not available. |
| After Thirty (30) Days | Renewals are not refundable and are not qualified for a prorated refund. Renewals are only refundable within the fifteen (15)-day prebill window. |
Note:
- Domain registration and renewals are third-party purchases we make on our customers’ behalf. Once a domain has been registered or renewed, it is non-refundable.
- The Money-back Guarantee does not apply to ASolutionNetwork Cloud Hosting Plans, Services with a monthly term, domain registration fees, setup fees, or any fees for additional Services.
- Premium domains are non-refundable.
- Products auto-renew by default to avoid service disruptions.
